Here’s what your journey as our valued client looks like:

PHASE 1: FREE CONSULTATION
Our booking process starts with a free consultation to outline your wedding photography and videography needs. This can be done in person, over zoom, or by phone.

PHASE 2: BOOK YOUR DATE(S)
After your consultation meeting you will receive an email link to your personal proposal package, detailing your desired services. There you can approve your quote by signing your contract and complete your booking with a $500 deposit payment.

PHASE 3: ENGAGEMENT PHOTO SHOOT
If you have chosen to include engagement photos to your package, we follow up within a few weeks to coordinate the date, time and location.

ENGAGEMENT DIGITAL PHOTO GALLERY
Within the first 4 weeks after your photo shoot, you receive access to your digital photo gallery where you can download high-res digital copies at no additional charge. From there you can order a wide variety of tasteful print, album and guestbook options.

PHASE 4: COMPLETING WEDDING QUESTIONNAIRE
Three months before your wedding day we will send you a questionnaire to update us on your progressing wedding plans. You will be able to attach your official wedding plan and itinerary.

PHASE 5: **WEDDING WEEK**

PRE-WEDDING CALL/MEETING
A day or two before the meeting we would like to touch base with you or your planner to confirm details and check on any last minute changes.

WEDDING DAY
We will be with you from the scheduled start time. Capturing your preparation activities with your wedding party and parents, to your arrival at the ceremony and moving moments. As your day transitions through the family photos and candid moments of the cocktail hour to the start of celebrations at your reception.

Your grand entrance as the new Mr. and Mrs., the moving speeches, cake cutting and dancing the night away to your favourite tunes with your closest of friends. You can be sure we’ll be there to help you create, celebrate and preserve this special day just as you want to remember it.

PHASE 6: FOLLOW UP
Within the following two weeks we will update you on your image and video editing and an estimated delivery date (Our delivery time is generally half the industry time frame of 3 months).

PHASE 7: DELIVERING YOUR IMAGES AND VIDEO
An email giving access to the online gallery of your edited high-res photos and video is sent to you. You will be able to share access with family and friends with unlimited downloads and an option to select your favourite images for prints and albums.

Compile and order from a wide selection of albums, folio and print options directly in your portal from the comfort of your home. Ask us about the option of having us put together an album on your behalf.
